In-Home & Outdoor Personal Training

In addition to offering training at our studio in Newport, Ky, I am happy to announce that I am now offering in-home and outdoor personal training.  Outdoor training sessions are generally held at Colerain Park in Colerain Township, OH, but can also be held at other locations in Colerain and surrounding areas (Mt. Healthy, Fairfield etc.)  Please contact me for pricing for these special types of training as they are different than our training package prices.

In addition to personal training, small group training, sports performance training and boot camp, I am happy to announce that we will be offering 'personalized workout' packages. This is offered for those that have scheduling issues that make it hard to schedule training appointments or for those who are unable to travel to Newport. There are no cookie cutter packages. Price and the amount of personalized workouts you receive depend on your wants and needs. Please contact me to discuss in further detail!
